United Property Improvement is a general contracting business established June 22nd, 2023 and licensed to do work throughout the State of Oregon. Our team has over 100 years of experience in the fields of excavation, construction, carpentry, masonry and project management. United Property Improvement possesses a CCB License (248201), a Manufactured Dwelling Installer's License (2091) and an Asbestos Testing Certification (ASI-BIR-24-004).

Our Accomplishments
Our partnership team developed TLC Project Management and S4 Excavation completing over 300 projects in 4 years before joining forces to create United Property Improvement. We partnered with North Douglas Fire Department, their local community, the Senator and Govenor by contributing some of our resources installing a large triple wide manufactured home for foster kids who turn 18 and have to move out so they can enter their firefighter training program.
